Welcome to Endryx. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged items, defective items, wrong items, and order issues are handled when you purchase from Endryx through endryx.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Endryx, you acknowledge and agree that our products are sold under a final sale / no-return policy, except in the limited situations described below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Endryx operates under a strict All Sales Are Final policy.

This means that, once an order is placed and accepted, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Not liking the fit
  • Not liking the style
  • Not liking the material feel
  • Not liking the color shade in person
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental orders
  • Duplicate orders
  • Delayed decision after purchase
  • Refusing delivery without prior written approval from Endryx
  • Failure to read the product description, size chart, measurements, or policy before purchasing

Because our products may be produced, reserved, packed, fulfilled, or processed specifically for each order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges once an order has entered processing.

Please review all product details carefully before completing checkout.


2. Limited Exception: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Caused by Endryx

Although we do not accept general returns, Endryx will review claims involving items that are:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing or production issue
  • Damaged before delivery or upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to an Endryx fulfillment error
  • Missing from the package due to an Endryx packing or fulfillment error

This exception applies only when the issue is caused by Endryx, our production process, our fulfillment process, or an error on our end.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within the claim period listed below.


3. Defect Claim Window

You must contact Endryx within 7 calendar days of delivery if you believe your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing due to an error on our end.

Claims submitted after 7 calendar days from the delivery date may be denied.

The delivery date is based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier, when available.


4. How to Submit a Defect or Wrong-Item Claim

To request review of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, email us at:

Your email must include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. The email address used at checkout
  4. A clear description of the issue
  5. Clear photos of the product
  6. Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
  7. A photo of the shipping label, if relevant
  8. Any other evidence reasonably needed to review the claim

For apparel defects, please provide close-up photos of the affected area and a full photo of the item.

We may request additional photos, video, measurements, packaging information, or other details before deciding whether the claim qualifies under this policy.


5. Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval

Do not return any item to Endryx unless we first provide written authorization by email.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, disposed of, or otherwise not processed. Sending an item back without approval does not guarantee a refund, replacement, store credit, or exchange.

If a return is approved due to a verified Endryx error or verified defect, we will provide instructions for the next step.


6. What Counts as a Defect

A defect may include a material production issue or fulfillment issue that makes the item materially different from what was ordered or materially defective at the time of delivery.

Examples may include:

  • Wrong product received
  • Wrong size received compared with the order confirmation
  • Major print error caused by production
  • Major stitching or construction defect
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item missing from the package due to fulfillment error

Minor differences that are normal in apparel production, printing, photography, screen display, packaging, or measurement are not automatically considered defects.


7. What Does Not Count as a Defect

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement unless required by applicable law:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size
  • Customer ordered the wrong color
  • Customer ordered the wrong product
  • Customer entered the wrong shipping address
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Customer does not like the fit
  • Customer does not like the style
  • Customer does not like the fabric feel
  • Customer expected a different shade due to screen brightness, monitor settings, photo lighting, or image display
  • Minor color variation between product photos and the physical item
  • Minor measurement variation that is normal in apparel production
  • Wrinkles from shipping or packaging
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, steaming, bleaching, stretching, improper care, misuse, or normal wear
  • Odor, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, smoke smell, perfume, or any condition caused after delivery
  • Damage caused after the item was delivered
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, customized, repaired, or used
  • Items returned without authorization

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, measurements, colors, materials, and checkout details before placing an order.


8. Approved Resolution Options

If Endryx determines that your claim qualifies under this policy, Endryx may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Replacement of the correct item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Another reasonable solution agreed to in writing

The available resolution depends on the issue, item condition, product availability, order details, and applicable law.

A refund is not automatic simply because a claim is submitted. All claims must be reviewed and approved by Endryx.


9. Replacement First Policy

For verified defects, wrong items, or fulfillment errors, Endryx may choose to provide a replacement instead of a refund when a replacement is available and reasonable.

If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.


10. Condition Requirements for Approved Returns

If Endryx approves a return for inspection, replacement, or refund, the item must be returned in the condition required by our instructions.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Unused
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, smoke, perfume, and damage
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories when applicable

If the item is returned in a condition different from what was approved, Endryx may deny the refund, deny the replacement, reduce the refund, or reject the return.


11. Return Shipping for Approved Defect Claims

If Endryx confirms that the issue was caused by Endryx, our production process, or our fulfillment process, we will provide return instructions.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Ask you to keep or dispose of the damaged item
  • Request additional evidence instead of a physical return
  • Require the item to be returned before replacement or refund

If a claim is not approved, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to sending an item back.

Endryx is not responsible for unauthorized return shipping costs.


12. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the refund is caused by a verified Endryx error, a verified defect, an incorrect item sent by Endryx, a canceled unshipped order required under applicable law, or another situation where a refund is required by law.

If an order qualified for free shipping, Endryx may consider the original shipping cost when determining the appropriate resolution for non-defect-related issues, where allowed by law.


13. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, the refund will usually be issued to the original payment method.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times vary and are outside Endryx’s control.

Endryx is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or payment platforms after a refund has been issued by us.


14. Cancellations

Orders may begin processing quickly after checkout.

Because of this, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to request cancellation, email support@endryx.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already entered processing, production, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If an order cannot be shipped within the required shipping timeframe, Endryx will follow applicable shipping-delay and refund requirements.


15. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Endryx is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to customer error.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Missing apartment, unit, or suite number
  • Customer refusal of delivery
  • Failure to pick up package from carrier
  • Carrier inability to deliver due to customer-provided information
  • Package returned because customer did not respond to carrier notices

If a package is returned to us due to customer error, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, if available. We are not required to issue a refund for customer-caused delivery issues unless required by applicable law.


16. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Endryx is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at support@endryx.com. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order is placed.


17. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Building staff
  • Mailroom or package room
  • Local carrier office
  • The shipping carrier’s tracking support

Endryx is not automatically responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we may assist with reasonable investigation where possible.

If a package appears lost in transit before delivery, we may require a carrier investigation before determining the next step.

Endryx does not guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages, porch theft, incorrect delivery scans, or delivery issues outside our control unless required by applicable law.


18. International Orders, Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by the destination country.

Endryx is not responsible for customs delays, customs seizures, unpaid import charges, or refusal to pay duties or taxes.

International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


19. Product Photos, Colors, and Display Differences

We do our best to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, device settings, monitor calibration, product production, fabric texture, and other factors.

Color differences caused by screen display or normal production variation are not considered defects.


20. Size and Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before placing an order.

Size charts, measurements, product descriptions, and fit information are provided to help customers make informed decisions. Because sizing preferences vary by body type, fit preference, brand style, and garment cut, Endryx does not guarantee that a selected size will fit exactly as expected.

Ordering the wrong size or disliking the fit does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.


21. Care Instructions and Customer-Caused Damage

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions.

Endryx is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Washing incorrectly
  • Drying incorrectly
  • Bleaching
  • Ironing incorrectly
  • Steaming incorrectly
  • Stretching
  • Shrinking caused by improper care
  • Staining
  • Tearing after use
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper handling

Damage that occurs after delivery is not considered an Endryx defect unless we determine otherwise in writing.


22. Final Sale Items

All Endryx items are final sale unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, limited-release items, seasonal items, pre-order items, custom items, and special-drop items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except for approved defect or Endryx-error claims.


23. Abuse, Fraud, and False Claims

Endryx reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, store credit, cancellation, or claim if we believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, excessive, dishonest, incomplete, or inconsistent with this policy.

Examples may include:

  • Submitting altered photos
  • Claiming damage after using or wearing the item
  • Returning a different item
  • Returning an item in a different condition
  • Repeated refund claims
  • False missing-package claims
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Attempts to keep the product and receive a refund without a valid defect claim

Endryx may limit, suspend, or refuse future orders from customers who abuse this policy or submit false claims.


24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact Endryx first at support@endryx.com so we can review the matter.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. If a chargeback is filed, Endryx reserves the right to provide the payment processor with all relevant order information, tracking information, customer communications, policy records, product evidence, and fulfillment records.

Submitting a chargeback does not override this Return & Refund Policy.


25. Policy Applies Only to Endryx.com Purchases

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through endryx.com.

If you purchased an Endryx product through another website, marketplace, platform, reseller, or third party, you must contact that seller directly. Their return and refund policy may apply.


26. No Automatic Warranty

Endryx does not provide a separate product warranty unless one is expressly stated in writing for a specific product.

This policy does not create any warranty beyond the limited defect-review process described here. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.


27. Where Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

If any part of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control, and the remaining parts of this policy will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.


28. Policy Updates

Endryx may update, modify, or replace this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

The version posted on endryx.com at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.

Customers are encouraged to review this policy before each purchase.
